RT: Terms and Conditions Box

On the cart page, implement a checkbox for terms and conditions that customers must select before moving to checkout. If a customer fails to check the box before selecting the checkout button, a customized alert will appear, halting them from proceeding. The app will record the date and time when the customer checked the checkbox and accepted the terms and conditions in the order details within the 'Additional Details' section of the order.
