The Delivery & Order Support app is designed to address the challenges faced by e-commerce businesses in shipping. Customers can now select their desired delivery date and time slot for Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, Japan Post, and other carriers directly on the cart screen during checkout. Custom settings include setting the earliest available delivery date based on the shipping schedule, blocking specific days for shipping operations, and configuring the delivery date calendar during checkout. By adding optional fields to the cart screen, simple surveys can be conducted, and the inputted information during checkout can be stored as order information in Shopify. Furthermore, users can utilize the CSV file download feature to export order information stored in Shopify in a format that aligns with the shipping carrier's invoice format. Any additional details will be recorded in the "Additional Details" section of order management.
